My poor little son. He and another little boy ran head first into each other while playing in the school cafeteria. Malachi got the worst of it. This is what it looked like an when it happened:

Three hours later:

The next morning:
When he would talk to us he would look all the way up so he could see us out of the little slit in his eye. At one point he couldn't even open his eye.

Later that night (day two):

Day three: The swelling went down, but the color is really intense.

Raia has taken good care of him:)

Cambria has been a great help in the kitchen. She is my onion cutter, hence the eye wear.

We are excited to check our garden every day for tasty little morsels like this:

We had a wonderful Father's Day

And we have a wonderful father in our home! And we were raised by wonderful fathers. :Life is good.

In other news:
I was watching a nutritionist on TV and he said that onions and mushrooms cause fat to atrophy and shrink away.
So, I have a feeling that bad breath is on the horizon.
