I don't know how 8 years have come and gone so quickly.
Malachi was such a clam baby. He was happy all the time.
He still is.
Except for the calm part.
He likes to move. Run, jump, ride, swim, climb, skateboard, roller blade, surf, football, basket ball and for a first this year he added baseball.
He eats all day long.
He sleeps like a rock.
He wants his friends to know Jesus.
He knows more about animals than I do.
He is quiet as a mouse at school.
He is larger than life at home.
He has this dance. I wish I could show you. He calls it the "loco moco dance." It first came to be when he asked what was for dinner. It was Loco Moco. He was so happy he busted this wide leg shimmy dance move right there in the kitchen.
We all try to imitate it.
But it is his own kind of "Carlton."
Only he can do it just so.
I love my only son.
